Meditation Meets Ecstatic Celebration is our flagship event, which blends together so much of what the Soul Guided Community is all about. From spiritual practice, to kirtan, to intimate sharing circles, to medicine music vibes, this is a space to honor how far you’ve come, and celebrate of life!

Mushroom Ceremonies
(and Medicine Sharing Circles)
Transformational Healing & Empowerment Mushroom Ceremonies are a staple experience Jennifer and Chris have been offering together for 6 years. The profound breakthroughs that happen during and after these ceremonies open up a sense of love and laneways of connection that previously felt inaccessible for many participants.

Gather in a peaceful & energized space to be productive and get your work done for the day. Enjoy a short meditation & check-in to begin, a shared break, chill music & sometimes snacks/elixirs. Every other Thursday from 11-5pm @ The Soul Sanctuary in Leslieville.
